Who This Covers

This policy applies to Quotara LLC (“Quotara”) and to every domain we own or use for email, including quotara.co and any secondary domains that redirect to or are used in connection with Quotara.

Our Rules

1. We do not send unsolicited bulk email, and we do not permit our website or any of our domains to be advertised through unsolicited bulk email.
2. We do not buy, rent, or share email lists, and we do not email consumers for marketing purposes.
3. Business correspondence from our team is sent individually, by a named person, to business contacts at organizations we believe may be a fit for our services. Our communications identify who we are and provide a way to decline further email.
4. Anyone who asks not to be contacted is added to a suppression list and should not receive further marketing email from us across our domains.
5. We do not use affiliates, resellers, list brokers, or third-party senders to promote our website, and we do not authorize outside parties to send email on behalf of Quotara using our domains unless expressly approved by Quotara.
6. Our sending domains may use standard email authentication controls, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, to help identify legitimate messages and reduce unauthorized use of our domains.
7. We monitor our email infrastructure and sending practices for deliverability, abuse, and reputation issues. If an issue is identified, we may suspend sending while the cause is reviewed and corrected.

We review reported concerns and take appropriate action where necessary.
